Cushion is filled with buckwheat hulls, for the most comfortable sit.
Material outer cushion: polyester. 
Material inside cushion: cotton, refillable.   

Refillable: The buckwheat hulls in the meditation cushion will settle after a while, so for your comfort, it needs to be refilled.   
 

The height of the meditation cushion may be adapted by removing some of the filling. 

Washing instructions: after removing the inside cushion with filling, wash separately in cold to lukewarm water.

** With each new order there can be a slight difference in colour due to different dye baths.
