Disc one features the lush, textured vocals of Rasa, the loving interplay of Shantala and the trancescapes of Karunesh, among others. It provides an atmospheric selection of music that sparkles with rich chanting, harmonic drone instruments and a modern touch. Disc two features a guided meditation from Real Music founder Terence Yallop, set to music from Peter Kater. Both a guided and an instrumental version of the meditation are included to aid people in their pursuit of mental clarity.
